Question about Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 for PC
My son was on the laptop and dropped it,and i cannot even switch it on
He may have dislodged something (hard drive, power connection, etc.) inside the laptop. You could try taking the laptop apart and re-seating all connections and looking for physical damage. This requires a fairly high level of hardware expertise to achieve successfully. You may be better off taking it to a service facility.
