Question about Dell Dimension 3100 PC Desktop
Hi! You dont have to worry bout files getting lost. Its just a power supply problem and you will just need to replace it. Open the Casing and you'll find the power supply on the upper rear. Loosen the screws and pull out the connectors that connects the power supply and anything that attaches to it. Pull out the power supply, you can use this as a sample on buying a new one.
