Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Certain types of software react strangely when the old software version is present. Make certain you have removed the old version then install the new one. Other wise contact Norton and they will send you a new security pass to access the version.

Trying to put norton on another pc keeps coming invalid key

I think may be its due to the you are trying to active Norton 360 or Nav with the product key of nis or trying to activate with expierd product key

1.you need to remove existing Norton program with Norton removal tool
2. Download and run Nis2010

to download Norton removal tool go to www.norton.com/nrt or www.syamantec.com/auotools
Download and run the first tool

Once we finished the un installation we need to download and run Norton Internet Security 2010
to download Norton Internet Security 2010 go to this link www.norton.com/nis10

Just put norton security in my computer and still has monaronadona on the top of my screen, could you help me get rid of it

This is malware that goes by several names depending on what anti-virus maker you use. Since you use Norton's, I am giving you the link from Symantec for the removal of this. http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2008-030408-1455-99&tabid=3
It can be involved but just read it, take your time and follow the directions. There are links within the directions in case you don't know how to do any of the tasks within your operating system. This should take care of your problem. It's more of an annoyance than a threat but must be dealt with. If you need further help with this just add a comment to this post and I'll be glad to help. If this helps you out please rate.

Security Alert on Windows

Open your norton 360 and then updates by clicking upates menu. it will directly updates your norton to the symantec websites or you cam manually updates downloading the update here : dhttp://www.symantec.com/avcenter/download/pages/US-N95.html
After updating restart your system to automatically fixed some errors. If the system still same error just click the balloon on the taskbar and select "i have my antivirus (not probably same word)" something like that. if Finally same error encountered uninstall the norton 360 and again reinstall after rebooting and updates. don't worry about the alert, you know already that you are protected.
