Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Hi Windows XP is outdated. Both internet explorer and Firefox browsers have stopped support for Windows XP. Latest Firefox version is 57.0.2 and it is not possible to install on Windows XP. Internet explorer also cannot be updated on Windows XP. Please check your motherboard's manufacturer's site to see what latest operating system, it will support. I guess old systems wont support Windows 10 but support only till Windows 7 or Windows 8. Please consider updating to latest operating system if you want to use for browsing.

Your netbook doesn't run Windows XP, it uses a cheap version called Windows CE, which is more designed for phones. The reason that you can't install Firefox or Chrome is because Windows CE doesn't support programs designed for Windows XP, Vista, or 7. You can try installing Opera Mini by going to m.opera.com, but there no guarantee that it will work.

My logitech surround speakers won't play anything form of web based stream content. everything works fine in windows and w/ winamp but they wont work online. Runnin xp, and firefox as my browser.

Check for updates for both the sound drivers and Firefox. Also, test another browser and see if issue persists. If problem is only present in Firefox, follow the steps here to see if this helps.

Mozilla works for a few seconds than is not responding

Try to run firefox in safe mode.
At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button, go over to the Help menu and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.... Firefox will start up with the Firefox Safe Mode dialog. For Windows XP, click the Help menu and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.... Note: You can also start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the shift key while starting Firefox.
if it runs better, remove add-ons one by one to find which one is causing the problem.

Google chrome, Opera, Firefox should work on Windows 7, but you can try to making a shortcut (or if you have one already - right click it, hit properties, and go to the tab 'Compatibility'- then choose Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista) and then see if it works or not, please reply back to tell me if it worked or not.
