You can try to access safemode by pressing F8 during startup, choose safemode then try to run system restore via start->all programs->accessories->system tools->system restore-> follow the prompts and then choose a restore point(date) when you where able to access your account.
***system restore lets you get previous settings of the computer when it was working ok***
