How can I connect my Wii Console to my Dell W2300 LCD TV? I tried every which way to connect it and also tried connecting to the output on my VCR/DVD player with no success. The TV seems like my best option, so do I need a different component cable connection and if so, which one? There are at least 5 different variations available.

Phillips 42pfl7432d/37 has sound and ambit lights but no pic. What can I do to resolve this?

Experience the superior picture quality of this excellent Flat TV with LCD technology and Pixel Plus. It's packed into a stunning design that will complement your interior. Share music and photos via the built-in USB. The built-in HDTV tuner that receives and displays terrestrial ATSC and unscrambled cable signals. The USB connector allows access to multimedia jpg, mp3 and alb files of most USB-sticks and most digital cameras (USB 1.1 memory-class device). Plug the USB into the slot at the side of the TV and access your photos or music files. This makes you easily viewing and sharing your photos and music.

The cost was great especially with no intrest for 12 months. The TV is awsome in just 480p mode. Watching movies is more enjoyable, and the Nintendo Wii looks Great with component cables.Cant wait to get my PS3 to get the full use of the TV with the bluray games and movies with the HDMI cable. Just with the regular yellow video cable I get great picture from my Directv.I have my HD programming on order to enhance my viewing pleasure. This tv rivals it's 1080p counterpart.Overall great TV and you can on the regular talk about these issues.

How do I hook my wii up to my magnavox 32mf338b HDTV?

If your TV does not have a scart socket, the only equivalent HD lead (as the wii doesn't support HDMI) is a wii component cable like the one here: .

Most HDTV's havea component interface on the back as well as this is required. The six jacks are all colour coded so it shouldn't be a problem plugging it in the back but this is the only way to connect it up if you don't have a scart lead available.

No color on my wii

Ok 2 questions? Are you connecting it via the scart RGB lead sold with the product, If so connect it using the colors on the leads with the corresponding colors on the scart
Or using a HDMI lead. Connect corresponding colors to the back of the TV,

you will need the following = HDMI LEAD
Optical Audio Lead
Red and White phono Lead

Sky HD Box > connect to Tv via HDMI Lead.

Sky HD box > Connect the optical Audio, and the Phono Leads To your Surrounds sound.

The reason I am wanting you to connect the phono's as well as the optical audio out. Not all programs are transmitted with Dolby D so you will need these for normal sound to come through your surround sound.

One last thing I would like you to check is the sound settings on your Hd box.

On your sky remote. Press SERVICES, 4, 2, then ensure that Dolby D is displayed if not highlight and using the blue button change this to Dolby D. then arrow down to save.

On your sky remote. Press SERVICES, 0, Arrow along to SOUND then arrow down and change this to DOLBY D Then press the GREEN button.

Hope this Helps you out. IF so please leave a thumbs up
