Sounds like the inlet solenoid is not working. It lets water in. It is operated by the control board. Either could be bad. You would need a schematic and a multimeter to check the solenoid. Dangerous voltages are present.

Well here i am,back again.Same problem kind of.yesterday we took off and descaled all pipes/filter etc.It seemed to solve the problem as the first wash worked perfectly, then on the next wash.......F18

Have you tried a boil wash ?
Also check that the drain pipe has no kinks or sharp bends in it.
I know we managed to get the drain pipe cleared :-)
But the next step may be to check that the waste pipe you are connecting to is not also scaled up.
If you can take the drain pip off again, check and see if the pipework you are connecting to is also clear.
Other than that, this may actually be a failing drain pump.

Check the rest of your pipes are clear in the house (where the machine is plumbed into).
Then do a boil wash - hottest wash you can, NO SOAP and empty drum.
Hopefully that will let the machine clear everything else out.

Please help me I don't know how to put ll the

more info needed like how many pipes. however you should have 3 pipes . 1 red , 1 blue and 1 other .
the red connects to your hot water supply
the blue connects to your cold water supply
and the other pipe should come from the bottom of the machine and is your waste which will need to be connected to the sink waste or another waste pipe.you must ensure the waste pipe is fitted otherwise when you run the machine it will empty on to the floor

Washing machine not filling

yes your problem is up the line somewhere. you have to have water coming out of the fill line when the washing machine is unhooked.
you will have to locate the valve to turn on the water.

good luck

Ineed an installation manual for a Whirpool Model DU806cwdb5 dish

You will have 2 pipes and a flex, Or 1 pipe 1 flex and a connection for a inlet pipe.
Connect the gray, larger pipe to the waste out let(drop in a stack or connect to a "spiggot", then connect the smaller pipe to the water inlet, you can usually connect to the washing machines inlet using a "y" piece, remembering to shut off the water before disconnecting. Then plug in the flex and away you go.(remembering to turn the water back on and a quick check for any leaks)

Hi we have a hotpoint washing machine. the machine is some thing error . eg...check out let pipes

That means it is not draining the water for one reson or another.
Check the drain hose is clear of any blockage or obstruction.
If it has a removable filter at the front, then take it out, and clean it.
If the outlet pipe goes into your sink waste, disconnect the connection onto the waste and check for blockage there.
Try pumping the water into a bucket to check for flow.
Plz rate my soluion.
Thanks.

Hotpoint ultima 1200

Kirsty - There could be an item like a hair clip Jamming the pump impeller. Or then it can be only a blockage in the filter or in the waste pipe or if the waste is connected to your sink drain check that the blockage is not there - either in the end of the pipe or in the sink connection.

Try disconnecting at the sink, holding the waste pipe into a bucket see if it will pump out then. If it does then the problem lies in the sink plumbing - if not then it lies in the machine.

If the pump and filter and hoses are definitely clear you could have a Pump, PCB or wiring fault. Hope this helps.

Whirlpool clean pump problem

This is from the Whirlpool user manual for the AWO\R 4205 - it tried it and it worked well, found a hair grip and some stones in mine!

We recommend that you check and clean the filter
regularly, at least two or three times a year.
Especially:
.
If the appliance is not draining properly or if it fails to
perform spin cycles.
. If the pump is blocked by a foreign body (e.g. buttons,
coins or safety pins).
IMPORTANT: make sure the water has cooled
before draining the appliance.
1.
Stop the appliance and unplug it.
2. Remove the plinth by using the separator of the
detergent dispenser (fig. .A.).
3. Place a container beneath it.
4. Open the filter but do not remove it completely.
Slowly turn the filter counterclockwise (fig. .B.) until
the water begins to drain out.
5. Wait until all the water has drained.
6. Now unscrew the filter completely and remove it.
7. Clean the filter and the filter chamber.
8. Check that the pump rotor moves freely.
9. Re-insert the filter and screw it in clockwise as far as it
will go.
10. Pour about 1 litre of water into the detergent drawer
to reactivate the .Eco system.. Check that the filter is
inserted properly and securely.
11. Reinstall the plinth.
12. Plug in the appliance again.
13. Select a programme and start it.
