Just go to the Notebooks manufacturers website lookup the model you own and find the drivers listed, download the driver they have for the webcam even if it is listed as being for Vista as Windows 7 is not that dissimilar which allows drivers to work with either. If you have any questions you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will reply as soon as I am able.
If you have the installation disk for XP and 4 to 6 hours of spare time it's as easy as putting in your disks at boot up.No disk, there are no Free disks of XP.Perhaps Windows 7 would be a better fit if you have to buy an OS.

Hello my friend,
Regarding on your problem, email has an antivirus that will scan all attached files before it sends to the sender. So that part of their security to ensure the safety of the data in their client. So i recommend that if you send some files over emai lmake it sure that the file you attached is virus free. You can scan it first in your compter before you can attached it in the email. Or avoid sending files.exe extension to avoid the block.
Hope this suggestion helps you to understand the reason why this things happen and able to help your problem solve.

If you are running Vista, you have a tool called the SNIPPING TOOL,you will find this in the ACCESSORIES folder in the start menu. The snipping tool is a fantastic utillity.I suggest you RIGHT CLICK on it in the Accessory folder and select add to "QUICK LAUNCH" Which is the 2 little arrows in the bottom right hand side of the taskbar, this will enable you to use it quickly, you could also create a short cut to the d/top. What this tool does is lets you take a snippet (photo) of what ever you wish on the screen. When you have the required "snippet" click the save icon (top left of snippet screen) and choose where you want to save the Snippet to. I Created a new folder in my Pictures File Purposely for my snipetts. I hope you find this helpful,if not i will be happy to find another solution for you. Happy E-mailing.
