Question about Navman F20 GPS Receiver
First thing is do you get the start-up screen when you turn it on?
If that appears tro be OK you may have inadvertantly changed the screen brightness.
Remove from the mount and rotate the unit in your hand to the light. Tap once on the screen and then tap where the light bulb icon is. Drag the brightness up to full scale. Also make sure it is not in night-time mode with its brightness turned way down. Not that you would probably suffer the same problem that I had but the screen will go blank and actually give you a thermometer reading if the unit overheats from being exposed to a locked car in full sun, Mine reported 52 degrees Celsius and failed to work until I cooled it down in front of the air-conditioner vents. Of course it was summer and I live in North Queensland Australia! Hope it comes good for you.
