Question about Televison & Video
This can happen when the power supply is not there, 1 cause is a blown convergence chip or maybe the fuse is just blown, the first is the probible cause.

If your tv pic looks like & there no black space on the sides your prob will be in the convergence circuits, 99% the IC'S they are mounted on large metal 'het sinks'. The #'s on the IC'S normally start with STK392-110, eg. If black on sides loo into pi cushion or damper circuits. Good luck.

There is malfunction in the horizontal circuit for sure

Your problem is not an adjustment. You will need to change the convergence IC's. What brand and model number is this TV?
