Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition English for PC
Click START...RUN...then type appwiz.cpl and click OK. If you have no luck you need to backup your registry and then edit it: Click START...RUN and then type regedit. Click OK.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Uninstall and look in the righthand pane for the below value:
If it is present, doubleclick on it and change the value data to 0 and reboot.
If it is not present, try creating it. Go to Edit > New > DWORD value and name it NoAddRemovePrograms
When you have created it, doubleclick on it and set the value data to 0 and reboot.
