Why do I have to keep topping up the water in my Vaillant gas boiler because of low bar

You probably have a leak in the system, internally in the boiler or in the external pipework or rads.

My combination boiler vaillant turbo max is not building up presure what can I do ?

Check the warning pipe to see if water is coming out. If it is then the pressure relief valve is passing and will require cleaning\replacing. If the water in the system is dirty then the capillary tube to the pressure gauge may be blocked this normally means changing the gauge. If neither of those are satisfactory then you may have a leak on the heating system or heat exchanger.
If the pressure is going up but dropping off when the boiler cools down this indicates the expansion vessel diaphragm needs recharging or replacing

Have a ecotec 824 plus boiler the bar goes upto 2.7 and stays round 1.5 when not operating, what is causing this?

Sounds to me like the expansion vessel is not working correctly. When the boiler is on the water gets hot and expands into the expansion vessel but if the vessel is not working the pressure will rise and will eventually escape through the pressure relief valve.

My worcester bosch 24i junior pressure keeps dropping if i have heating off for an hour i have to top up boiler and reset also when i have heating on the pressure jumps right up to over 4.0bar

When water is heated it expands. To deal with this all boilers are fitted with a small expansion vessel which is like a reservoir which holds the excess water.

This expansion vessel is like a balloon in a metal pot. When the water goes in the metal pot the baloon squashes a bit to make room for the extra volume of water. When it cools the balloon pushes the water back into the heating system.

What has happened is your expansion vessel no longer works. When the water heats up there is nowhere for it to go so the pressure jumps up to 4 bar. The Worcester boiler lets high pressure water escape (most boiler allow this to go through the safety valve at say 3.5 bar).

When the water cools the pressure drops very low as the volume of water contracts.

The problem is your expansion vessel - normally a little red painted metal cylinder inside the boiler.

I have a worcester 28cdi combi boiler. The pressure keeps going up yo 3 bar when the heating is on, and venting of via the pressure valve. When the boiler cools down the pressure drops to zero, and I have...

Your boiler has an expansion vessel that is like a bladder full of air. Yours has lost it's air pressure. Check your manual for this vessel and where the valve is to re-inflate it and what pressure to inflate to. It should have a simple tyre valve, pump it back up (usually to about 1 bar after releasing the water pressure) and should be all fixed. If you can't re-inflate the bladder is holed and the expansion vessel will need replacing.

EVERY TIME I PUT ON THE BOILER THE PRESSURE GAUGE GOES UP PAST 4.WHAT IS WRONG?

You need to check the air pressure in the expansion vessel. You haven't said what type of heater but I'm guessing a combi. Check your manual to see where and how to re-pressurise the expansion vessel or re-post with more detail.

I have an ideal standard he30 boiler instaled about 6 weeks ago. the boiler keeps losing presure about half a bar every 2 days if i dont top it up it will trip the fuse on the fuse board acording to the...

All the combis I've come across merely fail to fire if the pressure is not up. not only do they not fire, nothing else works including the pump and in any event the pump should not overheat just on low pressure.
water loss - try turning off the valves on the flow & return pipes [3/4 inch ones] 1 valve per pipe . This will isolate the rest of the system - rads etc Note pressure over a time period. In this mode the hot water circuit will still work but do NOT use the heating circuit
1/2 bar over 2 days is not serious but it should be found
Once you have either mended the leak in the rest of the system or found there is not one, insist on a replacement boiler
In any event having looked at the reasons given for the fuse blowing, I would definitely get a replacement.
These problems should not happen on a new boiler
I list Worcester.-Ariston-GlowWorm-Ideal- and many others who would confirm this

I have a bosch 24cdi rsf combination boiler reaching 3 bar pressure and blowing off through release valve. any suggestions.

if this occurs when the unit is in use for only hot water, there will be an internal leak in the secobndary heat exchanger, you will have to replace it. check first that the charging link has been removed when testing to ensure it is not passing.
if it happens when the heating is switched on then check the presure in the expansion vessel ( dump all presure from system and use a car foot pump with a gauge there should be 1 bar presure) that is the big red thing behind the pump, if water comes out of the test valve on the front of it when you try to test it or it wont hold the presure you will have to replace it (a nasty job you have to strip half the boiler) if you can pump it up make sure you release the presure in the system as you pump it or you will get a false reading
