Question about Dual Electronics CECT P168 Cellular Phone
since your sciphone won't charge or come on, then its having a power related problem.
You need to first check the battery, make sure the battery is fully charged. Maybe you should look for a friend that uses a sciphone, use your friend's battery to test your phone and see if it will power on. If it does not power on, it means the battery is not the cause of the problem.
If the phone comes on with another battery, you can go ahead and buy a new battery. But don't buy a new battery until you test the phone with another battery, in order to be sure whether or not battery is the cause of the problem, so that you won't waste your money.
If its not a battery problem, you will need to take the phone to a repair because the fault might be a software or hardware problem and I don't think its something you can fix yourself.
