Question about Computers & Internet
Usually it has a hot key to enable the external monitor ..and the short cut for it is for most of them Fn+F4 or F5 for some ...but you can also ..right click on the monitor ..properties..and settings ...there choose advance ..and set the secondary monitor..(enable it monitor No2) and it will work ..
but first try with the short cut I said ..keep the FN key down ..and press F4 or F5

If your monitor get power supply then you need to check resolution settings in computer.
For that when you power up the computer press F8 key then enter in "Enable vga mode" then go to start->control panel->display ->settings.
Change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and ok.
But if your monitor doe'snot show power led flash then you need to repair your monitor because something blown inside monitor
Let me know if you need further assistance.
