Hi! One good reason why this happens. The printer head may need replacement for it cant regulate the ink output anymore specially on the black thats why the print output has a black line. Hope this helps and have a good one!

Tips for a great answer:
Confirm there is no orange tape across the top of the ink tank
If the orange tape is as shown in Figure (A), it is properly removed.
If the orange tape is as shown in Figure (B), remove the remaining tape to the level shown in Figure (A).
Make sure each ink tank is snapped into the printer.
