This problem is because of graphic related issue.
For that you need to uninstall graphic driver then reinstall graphic driver fix this issue.
First uninstall old driver.
Right click on my computer icon click on property then hardware->device manager then you can see all driver list.
Right click on display adapter and uninstall it then go to control panel and add remove program uninstall graphic driver from there.
Then install graphic driver again go to display property settings change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and check.
When you power up the computer press F8 key then enter in enable vga mode go to display property settings change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply .
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.

Having to Re-start the Wii Several Times

The wii is on it's way out, no easy repair. Nintendo should be able to replace / repair under warranty. Give them a call at:

Startup screen goes black.

I would try having the firmware reloaded or updated. Sounds like a problem there. Try going to xbox.com and downloading the update for playing older xbox games. This also updates the firmware.

Xbox 360 randomely gets a black screen

Well here's the problem the towel trick. Ok the problem with the 360s for the most part is small cracks in the solder which causes a bunch of problem from rrod to this. The towel trick heats up the 360 enough to get the solder flowing again thus providing for a temporary fix. The problem is the solder goes places is shouldn't, thus towel trick ends up messing the 360 up more then it helps. My advice send it in, hopefully you still have the warrenty.

Acer aspire 5600 shut down

it sounds like the video card cannot support or handle the pressure put on it by the game you are trying to play, if it is an OEM game have a look for the minium system requirements that the game will run on, you can also find this information on line, you will probably find out that the graphics card doesn't support the game, do this check with all games you try to play
another thing is to upgrade your memory because some laptops don't have a devoted graphics card thus they are relient on the system memory

good luck

Wii VC games won't play on hdtv

I had the same Black Screen problem and I finally have a fix for it!

When using component video cables and a HDTV: Go into the Wii's system settings, under Screen, change TV Resolution to HDTV (480p) instead of Standard TV (480i) and change to Widescreen (16:9) under Widescreen Settings.

This worked for me, good luck!
