Question about LG WM1814CW Front Load Washer
UE Imbalance error One of the following:
The load is too small
The appliance is tilted
Laundry is gathered to one side
Non-distributed things are put into the drum
If you have made sure that, there are no problem with above mentioned conditions, then Then I would say you have a bad motor. The motor has a tach in it that tells the control board if the load is balanced. If the tach is bad in the motor then it will always think the load is unbalanced.
You have to replace the whole motor the tach isn't separate. I think I would call a tech out there to diagnose it
