Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Connecting to roku

The Roku doesn't have a capability to stream from PC directly to Roku. But, with the help of a channel, it is possible. You will be needing PLEX application to enable it. You can visit www.plexapp.com to know more about the channel.

Windows 7 ultimate media center stop working

I would suggest you to disable and then enable windows Media Center on expanding Media features from the Windows on or off features option and check if this resolves the issue.
Refer the below link to view the window for disabling and enabling windows media player - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Turn-Windows-features-on-or-off
Hope this helps. Let me know the results. Thanks,

Can't burn cds in Windows Media Player 10

For security reasons you should upgrade to WMP 11 immediately. To burn cd's use another, specialized, program - it will be faster and it will have a better audio quality.
I use http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/CD-DVD-Tools/Windows-Portable-Applications-Power-Laser-Express.shtml
Free and it doesn't need install.

I only get sound when using windows media player, no video, help please?

The problem is definitely the codecs you have installed.

Try a player that does not need codecs to be installed (has codecs packed inside its core) like KMPlayer, VLCPlayer, mPlayer etc.

If these players work then I suggest you stick with them, they are way better than Windows Media Player.

Still if they work and you love Windows Media Player then I suggest to uninstall the codecs pack you installer (ACE / K-Lite / etc) and reinstall the latest version of K-Lite codecs (my personal recommendation; still, I go with KMPlayer and need no codecs installed).

If none of the above codec-less players work then you have an overlay problem (while playing a video the player defines a color that will be used by the player itself as the canvas for drawing the movie directly). TRY REINSTALLING YOUR VIDEO CARD DRIVER, this might help if nothing from above works.

Direct draw driver for xp

That is alread supposed to be in your system and probably it's just been disabled. so you need to enable it
Start>Run
type in " dxdiag" withou qeotes
once pane displayed then
choose Display tab
and enable your Direct draw one.
if you see nothing there then you need to download Graphic driver for your graphic card manufacturer website.
thanks

Direct draw, direct 3D, AGP texture acceleration unavailable

This is a simple fix. You will need to download another DVD decoder. You can find decoding or DVD playing software at Lenovo's support site or at filehippo.com I have a Lenovo, and in conjunction with Windows media player and Lenovo's provided software, I use Power DVD and I have yet to have a problem playing any movie.
