Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
This is a tricky adjustment. You have to get into the service mode and there is an adjustment on the main board. I hope you have not tweaked the adjustment pot on the board, if so this may not help. Ok here is what you can try. First remove the cleaning unit-its on the left side when you open the front door, its a black box with a cleaning blade, one screw holds the unit in place .Dump the old toner out. Now the sensor that may be dirty is along the rail that the waste toner box slides in on (bottom right rail ) . With a flash light you should be able to see the sensor close to the drum about hafe way back along this rail. Do all of this with the machine opened up using the lever inside the front door at the right. Becarfull and DO NOT TOUCH THE DRUM. With a can of compressed air with the little pin point thing to spray the air out with attached now blow the sensor off. Put the cleaning unit back in and turn on the copier. If the message comes back call your local dealer. Good Luck and be careful around the drum.

What I could recon from your question is that
your webcam driver is not installed in your PC.
Please be informed that
any Driver software depends upon the hardware make and Operating System. So, you
need to know all these information's to do get going.
Please find the Driver software's of your webcam inside the installation disk provided with the System at the time of purchase. In case if you do not posses the same then you need to download the driver software from the web. As you have not mentioned your \ Operating System you are using, I am unable to give you the direct download link. However you can download the same by visiting the website of the company that manufactured the Webcam.http://www.vivotek.com/support/faq.php
Even here you need to be careful to download the
correct software for your PC. You need to be exact with the Webcam Model number
and the OS that you are using.
After you have downloaded the driver, to install just plug in the webcam on to your PC and then Double click on the driver setup.exe file and go on clicking 'Next' until you get the 'Finish' option and restart the PC.
