Can't get the remote to work

I bought a prima tv but they didn't have the remote with it, so I bought a remote the same make as the prima tv and I don't have a manual on how to program it. The remote is Prima Rc- S10-OB TV/DVD/VCR/CATV/SAT Remote Control. I would appreciate some help on how to program. Before that I bought a RCA universal Remote and couldn't get that to work either.

Try pressing the TV button on the Prima remote to make it work on the TV. It should work on the Prima Tv without new codes. Codes would be needed for your cable box.
Consider calling Prima at 866-447-7462 for the codes. They should have a website for the codes or email you the codes for free.
