Question about Xerox Phaser 7400/N Printer
The "fuser" uses heat to melt the powdered-ink onto the paper.
So, either take the printer to a qualified technician for repair, or responsibly recycle it, after buying a new printer, or exercise the "warranty" to get it fixed/replaced.
