I have a panafax UF-8000 how do you change the function from receiving faxes to having the faxing automatically go to an email address?

You need to have a scan/email key installed on your machine then you can receive faxes to your email

How do you flush the panafax 8000 memory?


Your killing a fly with a sledge hammer. If you do a ALL JOB clear from test mode 6 instead of SHIPMENT SET... you wont loose all your one-touches or fax parameter settings.

We use the Panafax UF 8000 only as a fax. Can we use it to scan?


Hi,

The Network /Email Scanner Card is an option. You can, however, use the Panafax as a Network Printer.

The printer driver is on the Document Management CD.

you need a IFAX/email key "small little electronic board" installed on the main board it does not come as default so you need to talk to your dealer about this option

Unplug power / plug back in.... NoGo? try this:

press monitor key slowly 4 times

6 (RAM INITIALIZE)
scroll down to CLEAR FLASH MEMORY
set (wait for reboot)

If that doesn't work, scroll down to ALL JOB CLEAR and set.

Last resort....
scroll down to SHIPMENT SET
set
2 for no
