Clearing cookies will help solve your problem. You can use ccleaner to help clean your computer easily and effectively. Don't worry it's free but very effective I've been using it for years now.

My profile picture will not show what do i do help

See if this helps. I couldn't get Firefox or Chrome to bring up my FB images, same as pic above.
in case problem is not dissolve that means if you are using router you reboot or check the setting
once try connect LAN wire and try

So I opened up IE and logged onto FB and it worked perfect. ( IE is NOT my regular browser). All photos, headers the works all showing up. I then opened Chrome up and cleared my cache for the past week, incase some sort of bug was there. I reset my Firefox brower, by getting rid of add ons. To do this go to Firefox help, troubleshooting, click reset Firefox button on top right hand side. Then tried FB in Chrome and Firefox and they are both loading FB perfect too, now.

Don't know if it was an FB bug, or if loading FB in IE first solved the problem. Try running the IE browser and signing into FB, maybe that will fix the problem. Then log off and try logging into FB again with your other browser. If you still see a problem, then the other steps I did re Chrome and Firefox may help you. Good luck!

Pictures not showing on Facebook

The Facebook profile picture is often the first thing that visitors notice when they come to your page. Your picture also helps old friends and acquaintances to find your page and connect with you. If your profile picture is not showing up, you could be missing many valuable connections. The most common reason for a profile picture not showing is a Facebook bug. These bugs will usually be corrected and will not require any action from you. The display picture may also not come up because it wasn't uploaded and selected correctly.

Upload your profile picture. Log into your Facebook profile. Select "Edit My Profile." Click "Profile Picture." Select "Choose File." Select your profile picture in the browser window, and click "Open." The picture is now set as your profile picture. Make your album picture your profile picture. Click "Photos" on your Facebook page. Click on an album. Double-click on a picture. Choose "Make Profile Picture" underneath the photo. Unblock Facebook images in Firefox. If you are using the Firefox Web browser, click the "Tools" menu and select "Options." Click the "Content" tab and click "Exceptions." Highlight the Facebook URL in the Exceptions window. Click "Remove Site." Close the Exceptions window. Then click "OK." Close and restart the Firefox browser. Hope this helps.

My facebook profile picture pics are changing on their own

Facebook has been having some issues with pictures here lately. The problem you're having is on their side (nothing to do with your profile settings or anything) so you'll have to submit a question to them. You should be able to contact them at this help page.

I can't log out of fb the drop down is not dropping down

Sometimes the account drop down doesn't pop up when clicked. Luckily, there is a way to manually sign out simply by visiting a link. Visit this link or type it in your address bar to immediately log out of Facebook:
There is a chance that the sign out link may still not work. In that case, you just need to clear your cookies. Please note that a side effect of this is that you will be logged out of every website you have visited. To do this in Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, hold down Ctrl and Shift and press Delete. That should bring out a Clear Private Data window in which you only need to check Cookies and ensure that "everything" or "all time" is selected if listed. If you use Internet Explorer, visit this page to find out how to clear cookies for your specific version:

Running windows 7, explorer 9. Can log in to fb, but only header shows. no wall, no profile. I can edit friends, that's it. Suggestions?

Sounds like you might just need to clear the browsers cache.
I would recommend closing the explorer 9 window, reopening it, and following the instructions on the web site linked below. Make sure to read the instructions carefully, and check the screenshots if you are confused.

Have you tried using a different explorer,eg Firefox,or maybe Google Chrome.

It shouldnt really be a plug-in,but firefox should resolve all plug-in issues. You can download firefox from the link below. Hope this helps.

Done with errors

The only better solution is to upgrade your browser.

Loading facebook with errors in it, is usually fix by removing temporary internet files and cookies from the browser's Option menu. If this does not work, it is best to upgrade and use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. Mozilla Firefox loads facebook page and games faster than any other browser.

Download this browser to see the difference.
1. Mozilla Firefox 3.6.3

Please give me a good rating after the page of your facebook load up completely.

Thank you for using Fixya.

Ok, what you need to do is: Sign out of Facebook. Clear all the **** and cache of your internet server (eg: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox..). Then, try to log-in again and check if it works like normal.
