Question about IBM Lenovo ThinkPad T400 7417 Notebook
Please help me. When I start my laptop, it shows I need to use a password upon login. I have tried but not able to login to use my notebook. Would appreciate any help. Thank u.
First of all try using blank (none) as password (otherwise at the log on screen hit "enter"). If this doesn't work log on at the administrator's account. To do this if you can see the administrator's icon click on it and use blank (none) for password again. If you can't see the administrator's icon, hit ctrl+atl+del TWICE and type as user "administrator", blank (none) for password and hit enter. After you log on as administrator change your user's account as you wish and you are ready to go.
In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply.
