You might have a bad ignitor
or you could have a bad sensor If either of these to partners in crime are open(no continuity) nothing will happen in the way of heat however the dryer will run. If those 2 are ok Next thing to look for i a blown duct fuse or open control themostat
If these 2 check good then you might have a problem with those pesky operator coils, when these die they usually work a little bit the have to cool off and they work a little more, very aggrevating to diagnose.
