Rubbish! Cleaning the jet is a job ONLY for a gas fitter as it involves disturbing both the case seals and the gas pipework. DON'T RISK YOUR SAFETY, besides which if the pilot wasn't powerful enough it would continually go out. Check (if you're competant to do so) that there's 240vac across the gas valve solenoid connections. If so then the gas valve will need replacing by a GAS SAFE REGISTERED fitter. FYV
tour gas valve or solinoid is faulty, check you have 240dc across the solinoid,if you have then its the gas valve,if not its your solinoid, but check you have spark at the ignition electrode first,if not check the continuity of the harness, the harness are the two yellow or orange wires from spark generator on pcb to ignition.
getting confused, mail me i will go through it for you
first check the pilot is alight, it sounds like it is cause you can hear the boiler click. that click is the gas vale solenoid trying to open, if there is 240-230volts at gas valve when you here the click and pilot is alight the gas valve is broken. if you test for voltage look on the gas valve and see if its 240 or 24v obviously if it 24 v check for 24 volts, let me know
our saying you have spark you see gaz straying from injector if you have spark and gaz it have to start unless the timing chain has jump i be suprise of that one to check that out 1st remove spark plug cylinder 1 turn the engine untill you see the piston on topthat meen our number 1 piston is in compresson go on our crank shaft poulie lock at the timming mark if its 0 top dead center that mean our timming chain good you need to have spark at the spark plug from coil to cap on wire to spark plug check that out if any more help im pierre235 thanks for using fixya pierre
