Question about Computers & Internet
When I tap on the touch pad on my hp Pavilion dv7 the cursor sometimes jumps somewhere else on the screen. I sent it 2 times to hp and it was returned no problem found. They advised me to set the pointer speed to half but it still happens. I found on their own web site a bulletin that confirms that they seem to have a problem: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01471084&tmp_task=solveCategory&lc=en&dlc=hr&cc=hr&lang=hr&product=4075797# Does it take a class action suit to fix this?

The touchpad is installed on HP notebook PCs.
You can "tap" and "double tap" your touchpad with your finger, and interact with the operating system in exactly the same way as clicking and double clicking on your mouse.
When using touchpad on your notebook PC, the cursor may jump, flicker, or double-click by itself.
Follow the recommendations in that HP document, or "disable" the TouchPad, if you don't like what it does.
