Keurig K10 water spills out top and sides while brewing

Check to make sure the rubber gasket is still on the water output in the brew head. It goes around the water output needle in the top of the brew head. Without that gasket, there is no seal on the top of the k-cup and water can leak. Run it with no K-cup in it and see of water does not leak this way. If it doesn't leak then it points to a missing seal. Hope this works for you.

I have a K10 mini cup keurig brewer. It worked fine until this morning. When I try to brew a cup, it comes out the top. It does with this with or without a k-cup in. I tried to clean out the needles...

First: You need to check a Upper Rubber Gasket (fits around the top puncture pin). If it missing you will have leakage because here's no seal to protect leakage. You can buy it online or call Keurig Customer Service (if you still have warranty)

Second: Upper Rubber Gasket not making a seal with the K-Cup or Reusable Filter and the water and/or coffee grounds leak out. To fix it simply move Upper Rubber Gasket 1/4" down. This should close the gap between K-Cup and upper needle.

If it was my car I would be tearing it down because I couldn't afford to buy a new turbo. Maybe it will come out if you spool up the turbo but if it doesn't there will be a new turbo in your future. Hope this helps.

Look at the top needle, there should be a rubber like seal that sits around its base. This seals the needle so all the water with pressure goes the the cup. If the seals not there, it can't build the water pressure necessary to go through the coffee inside the cup, thus coming out around needle and out around cup, making it mostly water in your coffe cup.

Special Edition B60 Coffee Maker: Coffee grounds coming up through the k cup???...

make sure the k-cup is being punctured at the bottom... If the answer is YES... then take the K-cup holder out of the Keurig unit... verify you can put a paperclip into the needle of that piece from the inside of the shell and it comes out the bottom
that shell is actually 2 pieces and unsnaps... making it earier for you to check... once we know there is no obstruction in the bottom needle, then we need to make sure the rubber gasket in the top arm is ok... didnt come off..
the top needle that punches a hole in the k-cup, has a round rubber seal around it..
If it's not there, then it got stuck on the top of a k-cup, and you need to search the garbage for it...

in summary
clogged bottom needle
missing rubber top seal

If the rubber seal is there... hmm. while your making coffee next time....press down on the top arm... just enough to see if the ground stop... id that's the case, then we need to step back and think if we are dealing with either a bad seal, or a fatigued top arm..
My hunch is a bad seal... and possibly try to attempt to reseat it back into the arm... it cound be smashed in and needs to be coaxed back out..

K-Cups disappointing

I had same problem and called Keurig. They advised me that the gasket in the upper portion, where the top needle is needs to be brought down about half way, almost even with the bottom of the top needle. Be careful not to poke yourself. I brewed a cup with the resuable filter assembly and it worked great. It should stay in that position until you use an actual k-cup. When using it will push the gasket back up, as it needs pressure to puncture the hole. To go back to the resuable filter, you will need to lower the gasket again. She advised me that they are working on a fix for this issue and will notify you of any replacement parts, as long as they have your current contact info.
