Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

1 Answer

Bluetooth/Altima issue I have a Motorola V3xx phone with bluetooth and recently purchased a 2007 Altima with Bluetooth. The initial pairing went fine, the phone and car automatically found each other when I got in the car. About two weeks ago, however, the automatic "find" is no longer taking place and I have to manually connect my Bluetooth via my phone when I get in the car. Any suggestions???

I found the solution, based on a previous post. I allowed the battery to complete discharge while the phone was on. Then I charged the phone completely. As I got in my car this morning, the phone connected to my car automatically. This ends weeks of annoying attempts at "fixes".

How do I pair my Motorola Droid Maxx with my Subaru car phone?

You'll want to go to Settings > Bluetooth on your Droid Maxx. Turn Bluetooth on and also make it visible. Ensure you keep the phone's screen active while the phone is visible. Then on your car you should initiate the steps found on Subaru BlueConnect for Bluetooth . The car should then initiate pairing. Watch the screen on the car as it might ask to pair with your phone and provide a PIN code. If it does, enter it on your phone to validate the connection. Watch for additional steps that might suggest syncing of your contacts/phonebook, call history, etc. If you have issues. Contact Subaru for assistance.
