Question about Olevia LT23HVX 23 in. LCD Television
When I turn on my TV it says No PC signal then counts down from 10 and goes on standby. It wont let me change the source or bring up the menu. When I hook up my PC to it the image is displayed but I still cannot change the source. Can anyone help me asap? My tv started this "no PC signal" today after I unplugged it and mounted it to the wall. It was working fine 20 min. earlier. Any solutions on what to do next??
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

> I heard they were restructuring their company or something.
There has been a change ownership from Syntax-Brillian to Olevia International Group.
Details of Olevia brand
Unfortunately for all of us (we have 747i) service seems very poor and the failure mode you describe doesn't give me any clues despite 40+ years of service experience.
Ours is still 100% but I now suspect our trouble will come.

HDMI has to be able to communicate with each other. In most cases the HDMI issue is with the device connected to the TV and not the TV itself. If you did firmware upgraded on the TV then the issue is with the laptop. Try the laptop on anther brand of TV and see what happens.

SOURCE: my TV says NO SIGNAL on tuner...
yes, you may be lucky to just to burnt one of the source/input mode try switching them.
for example use a video cable instead a coax if you still dont get a signal that means the picture uotput board is damage by the storm.

SOURCE: TV SCREEN GOES BLANK
Just posting what worked for me:
I had this problem on my 42" Philips. Just got it yesterday and worked fine on the tv stand. As soon as I mounted the TV to the wall via wall mount system, I had the exact same issue you did. Figured it out today.
The wall mount was putting pressure against the center of the back of the tv (tv set had a slightly rounded back plate, and the mount was a flat plate). As soon as I put spacers (part of the wall mount hardware set) between the wall mount braket and the tv so there was no contact except at the mounting holes, the tv worked fine.
My theory is the pressure pushed the tv back plate against some board components which caused them to overheat (no air flow); or put pressure on internal connectors. I dont know.
Hope this helps, may not apply to your situation.
