Question about Gateway CX2610 Notebook
I just bought a Gateway Cx2610 tablet laptop off of craigslist hoping to fix it so the problem was co-existing when I got it. Problem: On startup screen stays black. Tried to switch it to the laptop monitor (thinking that was the problem) plugged it into my desktop monitor nothing. Does not display anything on screen. Tried booting with 1 of the ram (in case one was bad) without hd without dvd rom nothing. Tried holding power for 30 seconds with no power then plugging in power supply nothing. Replaced bios battery still nothing. None of the buttons respond other than the power button! I'm thinking its stuck in hibernate mode and hoping its not the video card. When turning on the power I hear 2 beeps. Any help is greatly appreciated!

With nothing happening it is very possible the hard drive that needs replacing or is missing
