Question about Pool & Spa

Need to know more information, is this a electric heater or gas heater. perhaps there is water leaking into the heater connections and the moisture is causing the tripper to break becasue of the water this can be cause by a leaking seal or drip into the heater compartment. make sure all connections are clean and free of debris and moisture
