Question about Kenmore 73952 Gas Dryer
At first a bearing on the motor was squealing. A friend at work repaired it cleaned it all off and when I replaced it everything seemed to work. So I closed it all up and the dryer wouldn't restart (made noise and smelled). Let it rest an hour or so and it started up heated and everything. I let it run a few minutes but when I let it turn off it wouldn't restart. Turns by hand and motor seem to run. Turns by hand nothing rubbing. Should I just buy a new motor or is the thermal switch on a motor fixable/broken?
