  • Hi, you have to "Delete" some of the messages, you can "save" some as "draft"... but the message limit itself "can only be lower" by getting rid of some of the messages; especially if their "old." Go to and either "delete, save, or save as drafts, this will make more space for "new messages. "Its the "only" way! "Rating the solution for its helpfulness will let me know if it helped, or you need further assistance, thank you."

Open photo and then go to menu. Go to more items and then crop the photo. You have to resize the photo and then save it. Send the message again with the resized photo and it should work.

This message exceeded the Maximum Message Size set in Account Settings, so we have only downloaded the first few lines from the mail server. Click here to download the rest of the message.

These errors mean that the size of the message, including all headers, text and attachments, exceeds the domain's maximum per-message size limit - essentially, that the email is too big to be accepted.
This means that the message wasn't sent because it was too big. You need to take out something from the email to that it's small enough to send.

Delivery Status means what happened with the delivery eg sent, failed.

The recipient domain didn't accept the email because it was too large.
I would advise you to send the email in 2 smaller packages.

Send and receive up to 25MB per message. That means sharing lots of photos, music, video, and presentations without worrying about bumping up against message limits.

The size of your Outlook 2003 .PST file depends on the email protocol in use. For IMAP and HTTP accounts the limit is 2GB. For everything else the default is 20G, but that is configurable by the email admin.
