Question about Audio Players & Recorders

1 Answer

I can't turn the sound up more than 66 db, and the receiver cuts off on me. The model is Onkyo TX-SR803, do you know how long the warranty for this receiver is. This is realy bumming me out.

I tied to add additional information, but they tried to charge me another $10.00

Thank you for checking out the warranty on my receiver. At least now I know that what ever is wrong with, it is under warrantee. Now I just have to suffer while it is being repaired, and seeing that I am a 100% disabled veteran, I am home most of the time. Thanks again.

It keeps shutting off

If you have zone 2 active with the level turned up too much it will cut out the whole unit. Try disconnecting zone 2 speakers, then turn the volume level way down on zone 2 and it should stay on if that is the problem.
