Are you shaking it on purpose or is it like just when your in motion with the psp?
Think of the psp as a small computer. Remember diskmans you couldnt shake it without it skipping it could just be a protection so the games dont get scratched.
I have a psp and I have jostled it and it hasnt shut down you may need to have a technician look at yours.

When my psp is updating , the power turn off and psp doesn't turn on

Try this:
Remove the PSP battery and memory stick from the device. You will use these again so keep them close.
Insert the magic memory stick into the PSP card reader. The memory stick holds the firmware that will be flashed onto the PSP.
Insert the pandora battery and the PSP will turn on automatically. Press the "X" button twice to flash the firmware to the PSP. Press "X" again to shut down the PSP.
Reinsert the normal battery and memory stick and turn the PSP back on. Plug the PSP into its charger and go through the normal update process again by selecting "System Update" on the PSP menu.

PSP display is always shaking problem...

Please turn on your PSP and once in the menu mode press select to enter your XMB menu and be sure your settings are something like this (sorry but our tester psp is currently disassembled) =

CPU Speed - Normal/default
Game Clock - Normal/default
USB - Memory Card
Default
ISO Video mount device - None

You can email me if you want the exact list. We will have our tester PSP in one piece again by tomorrow. Also, if this doesn't fix your PSP try reinstalling your firmware.
