We bought an XO Vision MP3 Slicker for our learning disabled daughter. We followed the directions which said insert the driver disk and choose "Setup exe," only the icon said only "Setup." My computer says it's installed but no icon ever shows up in iTunes. I can't drag music on our harddrive to it 'cause it's not there. Please help!
Having same exact problems as noah6. These directions that come with this XOVision SLICKER are very vague, not to mention no help line or number is offered. My wife won this MP3 player in an auction and it is supposed to be brand new. Thanks.
