I followed the instructions but the software gave me an error message and then froze up. when the computer finally restarted I tried to find the mp3 player and couldn't, but when I tried to install the firmware again the firmware software gives me this error message when it is trying to install: unable to send scsi commandand. but is does seen to find the drive F now called now my computer says that there is no disk installed on drive F and the properties of it show that it has 0 used space, 0 free spac, and 0 capacity & its file system is RAW. the computer won't allow me to format either, it says that my computer doesn't have enough available memory, to quit other programs and try agian. how can I get my mp3 player back to normal?

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to
your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable.
For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to
mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then
copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to
the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will
create a MP3 music file for each music track.
