I have a HP Photosmart M425v digital camara, and until recently I havent had any problems with it. But now when i hook it up to my computer to transfer my videos and photos, it wont show my videos so i can transfer them. it says "no images detected"... Anybody have any advice?

Basically picture files in memory card have corrupt data that's why computer doesn't recognize it. HP recommends following action... Close the HP Image Zone
or HP Photosmart Software, disconnect the camera from the computer, and reset the camera. (can see this at HP Support) 2nd option is to find some memory card data recovery software on internet and use it to correct data files in memory card. Thank you.
I've also had similar problems with a HP M425--periodically it seems to get stuck in "docking mode". Where I plug in the USB on the side is clean, but I forgot about the place to plug in a different type of cord on the bottom. Cleaning these contacts with a pin solved the problem.
