Question about Avaya Partner ACS T1 Card (700241813)
Avaya Partner acs. Problem with did numbers not reaching the intended extension. T-1 circuit is voip programmed as T-1 cas. Did tables are built and active in system but all did calls go to extension 10. Any suggestions?

Double check the DID mapping. The default of the system is to send the calls to unmapped extensions to ext 10.
Verify the correct digits are being sent, and that is programmed in your T1 programming..

Because they are routing to extension 10, that means there are not valid routes for them. How many digits is the LEC sending? MAKE SURE that they are sending what you have programmed.
