You can buy a new keyboard for about 70 usd.
Here you can buy one
Because e1505 is the same type as 6400, you need the second one listed there...
Here is a description on how to replace it yourself.
This is the cheapest way.
You can also have dell replace it for your but i think that'll cost you much more...

No, as far as I know, for laptops there's no other option than getting a new keyboard.

My eject key is not working on my dell studio laptop

I'm guessing that you mean the CD or DVD drive. There is a little hole on the drive door. you can put an opened paper clip in that hole to open the tray. make sure there isn't anything jamming it.

It's probable you're inadvertently touching the touchpad with another part of your hands while you're typing. There's a setting in the touchpad configuration where you can choose to sort of disable the touchpad while typing. Regarding the trouble keys, there are keyboards that come deffective from the factory. The one I'm using this moment has that problem with just two keys, reason why I can still put up with it! If your notebook is still under warranty, call DELL and arrange service for it.
Good luck!

Laptop LCD comes on at system startup and goes off

Sounds like you have the Laptop in Presentation Mode. If you look along the top of the numbers you may see some extra icons, maybe in a dark blue. One of these may look like a screen. If you press the Fn key (bottom left) and tap this "Screen Key" you should cycle through the various modes (LCD/LCD+ External/External Only)

Depending on the model, you may have dedicated hardware buttons instead.
