I cant get videos i tryed everything but i cant get it to work canu please help me

You need to convert video format
before installing on your mp3
let me know what format video it uses and i will email you a converter for your computer

Cant hear songs


It sounds like your headphone/hold cable is faulty. Try plugging it into a sound device with a docking bay. If no sound comes out of there either then it's a faulty logic board.

Video will not load


You have to use the video converter program that came with your opal. If you haven't installed that onto your computer yet, that's where you need to start. After it's installed, plug in your opal, let the computer recognize that it's there, and open the converter program. This will take wma files and convert them into a format that will work with your mp3 player. The program should automatically download them to the player after it converts the file. Good luck.

Use this http://www.pocketdivxencoder.net/exes96/PocketDivXEncoder_0.3.50.exe

when it asks for your device type choose "PPC" (second picture, looks like a pocket pc).

Whenever i use that program with that option i almost never have a problem transferring anything to my zen
