Question about Intel Motherboard
Go to controll panel click on system icon depending on o/s click on hardware tab then click on device manager scroll to universal serial bus controllers open each one and right click go to properties make sure they are enabled if not then enable them if that doesnt work try right clicking and click on update drivers hope this helps
