Question about Computers & Internet
Fixing cartridge problems can sometimes be easy and sometimes impossible.... first perform a reset of the printer... while the printer is powered on remove the cartidges ... remove the power cord from the printer tehn physically move the print carraige .... close the cover and power up the printer ... wait for the printer to request that you install the ink cartridges and install them. If this dosnt work repeat the same proceedure but this time clean the contacts on both the cartridges and the carriage. use a rolled paper towel (like a pencil) and bend it in half. Use distilled or bottled water and be very gentel... also avoid touching the ink heads on the bottom of the cartridges
