Hi there just checked my manual for compatability! It doesn't mention divx it's xvid compatible! But im sure i have divx on mine that i have ripped myself
This is a simple flash Mp3 player, I went on the manufacturers website..they do not have any firmware for either the C215 or the C210. So if you installed firmware to it, its possibly you installed the incorrect software on the unit. Most firmware restores the actual information such as the menu and playback options for your music. The biggest issue you have to look at is the device not turning on when its disconnected from the computer, I would check the battery..and then hold in the Play button for about 5 seconds, if nothing comes up, then your probably right, you just have a flash drive. You might contact the manufacturer and see if they can email you the firmware (if available).
