Hi. I think the problem on that one is that the Lenovo G430 came with Vista or XP and also the only available drivers over the Lenovo website is only for VISTA and XP and none for windows 7. So if you could use a third party software like EVEREST to know the exact model of the AUDIO, VIDEO and TOUHPAD driver and download it manually over the internet or into search into google, or if you want you could restore your system using the recovery cd taht came with your machine and restore your system to the original factory settings just like the first you got your computer. Also you could restore your system using the One Key Recovery option on your computer. just press the small button just beside the power button and will go the one key recovery process and choose SYSTEM RECOVERY, this is the same as using the recovery cd, and it will guide you to the whole process.
