Question about Computers & Internet
Alot of trojans, viruses, malware etc, stay in memory even after they are removed. Not all of them do but some. My thinking is that your laptop is still infected, sometimes these things put themselves in the windows registry in which case you can try to use a registry cleaner and see if that helps.
There is spyware that is being activated when you go online, probably more then one and with the memory its taking up it could make the mouse act funky.
Spyware and viruses can also make a computer run really slow and make programs act really weird and strange.
Honestly, your best option would be to save any documents, pics, stuff like that onto a flash drive and then reformat the laptop back to factory defaults.
Only reason I'm saying this is because there was alot of spyware removed so god only knows how corrupt the windows registry might be at this point.
One last thing you might want to try, Click on the windows icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen, in the search box, type in MSCONFIG and press enter. The system configuration utility box will come up. Click on the startup tab and then click on disable all. This will stop those programs from loading when you boot into windows.
After you do this the computer will want to reboot. After the reboot, now try connecting to the internet. If the problem goes away then you know its something that it was one of those programs that got disabled that was causing the problem. If it still happens then I would go ahead and save your documents, pictures, etc, and restore it back to factory defaults.
