How to close a yahoo account? Somebody is using it!

You don't need to mention your password here instead of that if you mention your email account then that would be better.

Ok no problem, if somebody using your email account then first thing you can try to reset your password.

to reset your password>>go to your email account website>>there below you must have forgot password section>>it ask you some security question which you know i believe because this is your account.>>>then it will allow you to reset your password

If this does not help then if this email account is paid like yahoo at&t or road runner then you can also contact your email account provider directly and they will reset your password.

if this account even not paid like its free even then you can contact the provider of this account they can assist you further.

Next time be careful do not mention your password ever in any blog or any forum.

Go to your Google account and click on the gear icon in the top right corner. Click "Mail settings". Click "Accounts and Import". under that click Other "Google Account settings". click the link "Edit" right next to "My products". there will be options to delete your Google account permanently.

Somebody can use your messenger if you allow him by giving out your password. Note be sure of whom you give your password,it is not proper to give it out.

change your password then your details and then delete your acount
some has your detail to re activate !

It then advises possible courses of action, all of which I've tried, including the Link to Customer Care at Error 5
