This is usually a corona wire problem. There are three corona wire units in the copier. You probably need new corona wires strung, or units. You may get lucky though and just have a hung transfer/separation corona wire cleaner. This is visible if you slide out the transport unit by opening the front door and releasing the green handle, then sliding the drawer assembly out. Look for the unit with the 3 thin, hair thickness wires running front to rear in the silver cavity located just to the right of the black rubber wide transport belts. The unit will have a white plastic "bridge" on it. Look to see if there is an assembly that has cleaner pads on it stuck somewhere along the wires. If it is, be careful and slide the assembly all the way to the front of the corona unit. If there is a problem though, the next time it cleans the wires it will get stuck again. You will probably have to contact an authorized Canon dealer for repairs and parts. This model is very old now, and discontinued/obsolete. Getting parts may be an issue.

CAN any one help me for solve this problem. My canon copier Clc 700 show error message : E061 thank tour for your help.

this is hardware technical problem if you can do that then follow the following thing or show it to service center.
changed the temperature and humity sensor, cleaned the door switch, and changed the primary corona .first check the primary corona assy. are the corona wires in the proper place on the the little end blocks in the proper groove. they should be in the groove thats closets to the grid wire the wire on top of the unit. Both ends of the corona wire, should be in that top groove, not one on top and the other on the bottom. )61 is a laser code, or should say potential voltage on the drum. Since it is not equal both sides, one side being darker, sounds like the corona wire is out of place.

Have a nice day and do not forget to rate please...!

Canon NP 3825 printing problem. The print appears like erase with rubber or fade looking. If problem with corona wires, how can I adjust corona wires?

If the copies are faded you may first need to remove the glass board for copying with the power switched off and power plug disconnected. Then clean the long mirrors that run on a cable assembly and are fitted from the front of the machine to the back sliding to the left to scan. In the machines resting state the assembly housing the mirrors, will be all the way to the left with a white lamp beside them. There will also be a miror to the right behind the lens. Try cleaning the lens as well.

After that, then clean the corona wires by pulling out the front draw where you will see two of the wires.

Canon ir5000 copies have horizonal bands of light copy quality. How do I get even, good quality down the entire page?

The machine probably needs a service paying attention to the development and the cleaning areas. Also, clean or replace the corona wires and check that there is no flat spots on the fuser roller.

Some lines missing inthe middle of the printout

Check and see if the corona wire cleaner is stuck in the middle of the corona , either transfer or primary corona. Most often it is the corona up top. If it is the cleaner u can move it by loosing gears and turning shaft until it moves to one end of the wire.

I want to get some help about canon np6050 error

Hello jig,
I wish to help you quickly as you are down. I dont have immediate access to the older analog service manual and Canon no longer keeps it on their website. However, E005 has been a common error code for many products, if not all. It means that the cleaning web (which is an item that is "used/consumed "normally as the copier is used.) has run out.The copier should have been diplaying (in small letters on the dispay) "WEB LOW" for quite a while. It needs a new cleaning web.An untrained end user could change this but without instruction most people would not be able to. Its located in the fuser area onder a yellow cover. I bet you can do it !

Dark horizontal line on canon np6050 copy

Did you try to run the wire cleaning funcation in the add. funcation mode? It could be that a wire cleaner got stuck in that spot and if you Run Wire Clean it may move it bake to Home Position and out of the way... Good Luck
