Question about BenQ Televison & Video
I have benq e2220HD monitor and a pc running windows 7 with ati radeon 5700 GPU running on latest drivers. My monitor works very well when I connect it via the Dsub connection which has a dvi to dsub converter. (GPU has one dvi and 2 hdmi outputs) The monitor is able detect the settings and auto adjust and everything is just fine. But when I use hdmi the image is not the same size as the screen its smaller and distorted. The charachters appear blurry and it is much harder to read.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Try changing resolution and refresh rates. I have seen the same thing on Macs, and found that the TVs expect a 60Hz refresh rate and at least the Mac likes to use a 75Hz refresh rate. When the two mismatched the TV would not accept a signal. The easiest way to make the change is to use some sort of remote desktop login like LogMeIn.com or GoToMyPC.com.

First try installing the latest ATI video driver, to make sure the HDMI output is fully supported.
Did you set your TV to select the HDMI input? nothing shows?
